GP names should be unique, and a fund should exist once. These are the ones that
don’t. Fold the extras into the record you want to keep, or delete them.
How to read this. The recommended tenant to keep is the one with the most
users, documents and questionnaire assignments — the real working relationship —
not the oldest. A tenant marked preload shell has
funds but no users, documents or assignments; it almost certainly came from the
fund_data.ods import and is the one to fold in.

How candidates are found. Only funds under the same GP are
compared, and two hard rules run before any name similarity:
a differing series number (an unnumbered fund counts as Fund I, so
… Fund and … Fund II are never paired) and differing
years named in the title. Then legal suffixes, the GP's own name and
the word “fund” are stripped and the remainder compared.
Everything here is a suggestion — nothing merges without you.
Keep = the record that survives — defaults to the one holding the
documents and datapoints. Params = whose fund parameters the survivor
adopts — defaults to the GP-sync record, so Salesforce stays the system of record.
Those two defaults are deliberately different.
